There are a number of locations around the extensive gardens that are perfect for your ceremony and Mindaribba House can be transformed into any theme or style of wedding.
The unique 1872 house, banks of the Patterson River, cattle yards and recycled timber barn all offer stunning photo opportunities.

Fennel & Co. Catering are a family owned and operated company based in the Hunter and headed by James and Tess Borg. James is a qualified Chef who has been cooking throughout Newcastle and Sydney for the past 16 years. Tess is a hospitality professional who has been working and managing cafes, restaurants and hotels throughout Newcastle for the past 9 years.
Fennel & Co. Catering are a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality food and service to make your event unique and memorable. Their food is individual and creative – let your food imagination run wild: picture scrumptious canapes, bountiful banquets and marvellous grazing stations.
After opening in November 2011, Restaurant Mason received its first Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Award, One Chef Hat in its first year and three consecutive years there after. Since then it has gone from strength to strength opening Mason Catering early in 2013.
We are very excited to introduce Masons' owners - husband and wife team Chris and Ami. The team are more than happy to accommodate you if there are any special menu requirements or menu changes.

Venue hire is $5800 plus GST. This includes cutlery, crockery, white wooden tables, benches, antique day-beds, outdoor pool furniture, two bars, servettes and tablecloths. Strings of festoon lights and fairy lights envelope the pool.
White wooden painted tables and white wooden benches for your reception, white wooden benches for your ceremony, crockery, cutlery, white serviettes, white tablecloths, crystal vases, white ceramic vases, French antique lace drop for behind the bridal table in the venue room or black metal Industrial back drop, antique wooden cake stand, French antique hoppers from a famous vineyard in France hold the chapagne and ice on the bar. A 150-year-old wooden boat sits in front of the outside bar for the beer on ice, a 200-year-old green door poolside is used as a back drop. For a wet weather ceremony option, a separate gazebo with wooden table and chairs for signing. There is a huge old Pecan tree on the banks of the Paterson River for your ceremony, a white arbour and two white 120-year-old antique doors for the ceremony that you can decorate as you wish, antique daybeds, stone pots and strings of fairy lights and festoon lights are scatterd around the pool, a 120-year-old grapevine envelopes the house, a dance floor and sandstone carved bar.
Two bars. The first bar is a 5m hand-carved sandstone bar poolside. The second bar in the venue room is a 5m by 1.5m by 200mm timber bar … all one piece of timber.
Belgium linen is used on our beds. We supply all towels, Aesop bathroom products, a fully equiped kitchen for your use over the weekend, a BBQ, coffee machine and coffee pods. All the rooms in the house are styled with antique furniture and artworks from Morocco, France, Mexico, India, Java and Indonesia.
